Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Meet Your Therapist
Fresh starts are easy to promise and hard to keep. Beginnings aren't a date on the calendar; they're a decision. I'm Trish, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of January Soul, and keeping that decision is the work I do with individuals, couples, and families ready to begin again for real. When you're ready, let's begin.
A space to slow down, heal, and begin again, whenever you're ready.
Sometimes the bravest thing is simply sitting with yourself. This is a space that's fully yours, where we slow down, make sense of what feels heavy, and loosen the stories that keep you stuck. Gently, and at your own pace, we help you begin again, on your own terms. Whenever you're ready, this is where your January starts.

Every story here began the moment someone decided it was time. These are their new beginnings, their January.
I started therapy with Trish when I was at my lowest point due to dealing with grief. Trish was very patient and helped me work through my issues at my own pace. She is a great listener and gave me the emotional support I needed. Although I started therapy for grief, Trish helped me to improve and grow in so many other areas over the last two years. I'm forever grateful for our therapeutic relationship as it has changed my life for the better.
I have seen a few therapists in the past few years and Trish Hyatt was the last therapist I saw. She proved to be a very genuine, sincere, understanding, and attentive listener while also being down to earth. Her insights in addressing my life challenges and family matters was a big help. Now my family and I see life in a more positive light and our future as a family is strong.
I would highly recommend Trish as a therapist if you’re looking for someone who is genuine and truly cares about helping others. We also had a family session, which helped encourage my children to seek therapy as well. She meets you exactly where you are.
